  • Q: What are your opening times?
    A: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 10am - 2pm. Photoshoots are available throughout the week according to availability. Check our Portrait page to book
  • Q: Do you have a Passport Photos service?
    A: Yes, Don't need to book, just come by when we are open.
  • Q: How much does a passport photo costs?
    A: £6 - you get 8 UK photos/Digital application via Email.
  • Q: Can I use it my Passport photo for anything else, such as a business/web profile photo?
    A: No - you can not use your passport photo for anything else expect for a passport photo/ driving licence/ visa application/ blue badge etc’… If you are after a profile photo, please check out our Portrait page, and for Commercial use, please check our our Commercial page, where we can offer high -res photo shoots, for your every need.
  • Q: Will I get a code for a digital application?
    A: No - We do not supply you with a code, if you are after a digital application, we will send you a digital file which you can upload instead of a code.
  • Can you do other ID/other countries passport photos?
    Yes, absolutely, we can do a passport photo for most countries and fro most ID such as driving licence, bus card etc. For other countries, please bring with the specs needed if different from UK to make sure we supply you with the correct size.
  • Q: What areas of the UK do you cover?
    A: We usually cover the whole Devon area. Anything further than that, please contact us to discuss options.
  • Q: How long will you stay at our wedding
    A: Our wedding packages includes a full day. What is a full day you ask? Usually it would mean up to 8-10 hours, depending on the package you choose, which is enough to cover anything from preparations up until after first dance and a bit into the evening plans. An extra time is given to higher class packages so we can make sure there is no time limit on our services and we get all the photos you want without compromise. However, we can appreciate every wedding is a bit different and we can discuss exact times in our consultation and closer to the weeding itself. I will definitely won't be there looking at my watch and leaving exactly after 8/10 hours while you are about to start your first dance...
  • Q: How long will it take you to supply us with the photos after the wedding is over
    A: Unless I specify this well in advance, you should receive all the edited photos and online gallery within 4 weeks after the wedding. Most cases it will be sooner.
  • Q: Are you insured?
    A: Yes, Photo Lesk is fully insured for all of our photography services. We carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance to protect our clients and business operations.
  • Q: Can I pay using a credit card?
    A: Yes.
  • Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
    A: All major credit and debit cards.
  • Q: Is there any other way to pay?
    A: Of course. You can also pay by cash at the store. For Weddings and Commercial services we also accept bank transfers.
  • Q: Is there a booking fee?
    A: Yes. In order to book your event, a non-refundable fee of 10% of the estimated cost of your service must be paid in advance. Please note – your booking won’t be confirmed until this payment is made.
  • Q: When is the rest of payment due?
    A: We ask that full payment be made up to 4 weeks prior to your wedding/event.
  • Q: Should we meet before our wedding?
    A: Yes. Well we don't have to, but I do prefer to get to know you and hear the story of how you met. It's a great way for you to get to know me as well and see if we vibe on the same level. It's always best to already know your photographer so on the day itself you will feel more relaxed with me taking your photos rather than a complete stranger... On our pre-wedding meeting in our studio in Tiverton, we will go over the schedule of the day and discuss the style of photography you are looking for, plus any particular shots you would like. We also offer this via zoom meeting + a venue meeting if needed before the wedding/event.
